In November, 2010, the Ohio State Medical Association, which is accredited by the ACCME to grant CME accreditation to state providers, conducted a site survey to evaluate the extent to which the newly formed

OhioHealth CME Program is meeting the requirements. We are happy to announce that the OSMA has awarded two years preliminary accreditation to OhioHealth!

As a result, the OhioHealth CME Program will now be helping you plan and execute all CME activities. Your main contact number should you desire CME credit for your events and conferences is 614-566-4675.

Please keep in mind that, though you will notice only minor changes in handouts and certificates, the processes and paperwork have changed due to the standardized approach to providing CME to meet the changing requirements. Should you have any concerns or questions, do not hesitate to contact Leslie Lynch, the CME Director at 614-566-5769.

ACCREDITATION

OhioHealth is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association to sponsor continuing medical education (CME) for physicians.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Doctors Hospital is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to sponsor continuing medical education (CME) for physicians.
